Application conditions
1. Used for dry pre selection of lean magnetite before grinding, with particle sizes below 30mm selected. The finer the particle size, the better the selection effect. Usually, a large amount of tailings can be discarded to significantly improve the grinding grade.

3. Dry select and recover previously lost magnetite from abandoned tailings.
4. Used for dry selection and recycling of ferromagnetic materials from waste such as steel slag.
Working principle | Process diagram of eccentric arrangement rotating magnetic field dry sorting machine | There is no belt on the outer surface of the sorting cylinder of Xinhai Strong Magnetic Dry Magnetic Separation Machine, which can correspondingly increase the magnetic field strength of the sorting cylinder in the selected area. The rotating magnetic system is installed inside the sorting cylinder, and the fixed magnetic system is installed inside the unloading cylinder. The rotation direction of the sorting cylinder is the same as that of the unloading cylinder, while the rotation direction of the sorting cylinder is opposite to that of the rotating magnetic system. In the sorting area of the strong magnetic dry magnetic separator, the magnetic minerals mixed between non-magnetic minerals are subjected to much less centrifugal force and gravity than the magnetic force. Under the strong adsorption of magnetic force and the combined action of magnetic flipping and magnetic stirring, the magnetic minerals will gradually move towards the inner layer. When the magnetic minerals rotate with the sorting cylinder to the unloading area, due to the eccentric arrangement of the rotating magnetic system, the magnetic field strength of the unloading area of the sorting cylinder is weak, and most of the magnetic minerals can automatically fall off. The small amount of magnetic minerals that have not fallen off are adsorbed to the outer surface of the unloading cylinder with higher magnetic field strength when they rotate near the unloading cylinder, thus achieving automatic unloading of magnetic minerals. | Technical Parameter |
